Programming VP in Place at Univision Deportes

NEW YORK: Univision Communications has appointed Eric Conrad to serve as VP of programming for Univision Deportes.

Conrad will be tasked with oversight for programming, acquisitions and content development operations across all Univision platforms. He will report to Alexander "Sandy" Brown, the president of sports at Univision Communications. Conrad had previously been serving as the senior director of programming and acquisitions for ESPN and ESPN Deportes. Prior to that, he was the manager for Latin America/U.S. Hispanic sales and marketing for the MLB. He began his career with the NBA in the international television and media department.
