Primetime Emmy Awards to Air in 150+ Territories

LONDON: Fireworks International has secured a number of deals for the upcoming 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards, which will broadcast live on NBC on August 29.

The three-hour event is set to air in more than 150 territories globally. Fireworks landed a raft of new deals, along with a host of renewals, for the event. Broadcasters signed up for the show include Orbit Showtime in the Middle East, Turner Entertainment of Germany, RTE of Ireland, Sony Latin America, M-Net in Africa and Non-Stop in Scandinavia, Benelux and the Baltics. This adds to the roster of returning agreements, which include AXN of Japan, TV2 of Denmark, SET of Spain and Portugal, HBO Ceska in Eastern Europe, TV3 Media Prima in Malaysia, ABS-CBN in the Philippines and CNBC in Turkey.
