Parenting Format Secures Renewal in Russia

LONDON, May 15:
ALL3MEDIA’s positive-parenting format I Want My Mummy has been renewed by CTC in Russia, bringing the
total number of episodes produced around the world to more than 100.

Other networks to air the
format are Italy’s SkyVivo, Germany’s RTL, Slovakia’s TV JOJ, Romania’s Prima
TV and Belgium’s SBS. Options are also in place in Spain, France and
French-speaking Belgium.

I Want My Mummy watches as two dads are left home to take care of
the children with an activity weekend, while the moms are away being pampered
at a health spa, as they watch what’s going on at home via CCTV. A family
counselor decides which dad has made the most progress and gets to go on a
vacation. The format was originally created by Lion Television for broadcast on
ITV1 in the U.K.
