ORF Scores Raft of Sales

CANNES: ORF has secured a number of sales at MIPTV for its crime series, TV movies and factual content.

 

Czech Television went for the crime series Soko Kitzbuehel (K-Files), which centers on a team of young, witty investigators who encounter baffling murder cases, as well as TV movies and a documentary package.
 
Meanwhile, Fast Forward, a crime series about a single-mother detective in Vienna’s criminal investigation department, was picked up by France’s AB and Germany’s ARD.
 
Al Jazeera scooped up 50 hours of documentaries, while Mexico took 40 hours of music and documentaries.
 
Rounding out ORF’s sales, UKTV picked up the three-part mini-series Hitler’s Idols.
