VIENNA: Beatrice Riesenfelder and Franz Prenner are to work alongside each other within ORF’s commercial arm, ORF-Enterprise, while Andrew Solomon leads the natural-history and science department, Universum, and Berend Dreier and Marion Camus Oberdorfer split sales duties.

Riesenfelder has taken on the role of CFO, after having established the contest sales international department. She will continue to manage her existing responsibilities for content distribution, merchandising and licensing, as well as Sound & Vision, which integrates media cooperations and music publishing of the ORF-Enterprise. Under her new duties as CFO, Riesenfelder will take on tasks in the areas of finance and administration.

Prenner, who is the founder and CEO of ORF-Enterprise, is responsible for classical advertising for TV, radio and online media. This extends across areas such as sales and new business development, special advertising, airtime management, research and pricing, strategic units and B2B communications.

ORF-Enterprise has restructured its content sales team, upping Dreier and Oberdorfer to sales directors. Dreier is responsible for worldwide sales of TV and VOD rights, as well as new business opportunities. Oberdorfer oversees worldwide home-video and footage sales.

Solomon, meanwhile, is leading Universum.
