Nordisk Lands TV2 Commission

COPENHAGEN, July 1: TV2 in
Denmark has commissioned Nordisk Film TV World to produce three hours of daily
live television starting in January 2009.

Go Aften, which Nordisk has produced for six years, and Go
Morgen
are popular morning and
evening talk shows in Denmark. TV2 decided more than a year ago to offer the
production of both series to one producer, aiming to update the shows with
renewed, fresh versions.

Kjeld Reinicke, the head
of programming at TV2, said: “This is the biggest deal ever put out by TV2 and
the whole of Demark has been eagerly awaiting this announcement. We have
selected Nordisk for a number of reasons: their new concept was certainly the
most innovative and creative idea that we saw. In addition, their extensive
experience and journalistic competencies have reassured us that our three hours
of live television will be in the best possible hands every day.”
