NEW YORK, October 30: Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group
has promoted Alison Dexter to executive VP of production, where she will be
responsible for all television production for Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite,
Noggin, Nicktoons Network and The N.

Based at the Nickelodeon Animation Studio in Burbank, her
expanded role as executive VP includes overseeing all planning for Nickelodeon
production facilities, supervising all physical production and technical
personnel and managing all production budgets and plans for the networks under
Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group. Dexter oversees the daily operations of
Nickelodeon's production studios, including Nickelodeon's Animation Studio in
Burbank, its Digital Animation Studio in New York, Nickelodeon on Sunset in Los
Angeles and multiple other live-action studios. She supervises all physical
production for animation and live-action series, specials, TV movies, and
on-air promotion production for Nickelodeon, The N, Nick Jr. and Nick at Nite.

In addition, Dexter will be instrumental in keeping
Nickelodeon at the forefront of new production technologies. She spearheads the
network's efforts in CGI animation, partnering with animation outfits around
the world to deliver theatrical-quality animation to Nick. She will also
continue to bring high-definition programming to the group’s channels.

A 16-year veteran of Nickelodeon, Dexter most recently held
the position of senior VP of production. She was responsible for the expansion
and development of the Nickelodeon production department, including the
Nickelodeon Animation Studio in Burbank, the former Nickelodeon Studios in
Florida, and Nickelodeon on Sunset in Los Angeles. In 1999, Dexter oversaw the
development and launch of Nickelodeon's New York Digital Animation Studio,
which produces the Nick Jr. series Blue's Clues and Dora the Explorer.
She has been with the company since 1991, serving in various roles including
line producer, production manager, director of production management and VP of
production management.

"Alison helped grow Nickelodeon into the production
powerhouse it is today," said Sarah Kirshbaum Levy, the COO of
Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group, to whom Dexter reports. "Her
foresight and management for our state-of-the-art studios makes Nickelodeon the
destination of choice for creators to produce the innovative content that has
made us the number-one network for 13 years."
