News Corp., NBCU In Comcast Online Video Deal

NEW YORK/PHILADELPHIA, April 17: Comcast has
entered into a distribution and content provision deal with News Corporation
and NBC Universal for their recently announced online video venture.

Comcast.net and Fancast.com have been added to the
slate of distribution partners for the service. Further, Comcast will also
provide available non-exclusive content for domestic distribution on the site
from E!, Style, G4, Versus and Golf Channel. Comcast becomes the venture's
first non-equity content provider.

In addition, the companies announced the new online
video venture will utilize media management and video distribution technology
from thePlatform, Inc., a Comcast subsidiary.

Chernin, the president and COO of News Corporation. "News Corp. and NBC
have long histories with Comcast and we're committed to expanding our relationship
