New Films Secures Project Financing

SHERMAN OAKS: New Films International has received multi-million dollar investments from two financiers, Jak Kamhi and Aylin Filiba, for the movies Flying Lessons, Saving Grace B. Jones and Keepsake, as well as two unnamed projects that are on the horizon.

Kamhi recently invested in two New Films’ projects: Saving Grace B. Jones and Flying Lessons, both are to be released theatrically in 2011 by New Films Cinema. Filiba’s most recent films, for which she received an executive producer title, are Saving Grace B. Jones and Flying Lessons. Financing also includes the horror film Keepsake, along with two other upcoming projects.
