New Distribution Partners for Next New Networks

NEW YORK, June 25: Next
New Networks, which develops targeted online television networks, has added
Yahoo!, Hulu and Metacafe to its slate of distribution partners.

Yahoo! and Metacafe will
each gain access to all Next New Networks programming. Hulu will begin
distributing content from six popular networks, including BarelyPolitical, the
home of Obama Girl; Threadbanger, for DIY fashion tips and advice; and car news
with Fast Lane Daily. Next New Networks is now available on 20 distribution
platforms across the web, including AOL, YouTube, Veoh and MySpaceTV.

“This latest set of major
distribution partners, Yahoo!, Hulu and Metacafe, highlights Next New Networks’
belief in the power of our superdistribution network, which we have been
growing since our inception,” said Herb Scannell, the chairman and CEO of Next
New Networks, who co-founded the venture after exiting as president of
Nickelodeon and vice chairman of MTV Networks. “The big media companies including
CBS, ABC and WB are following our same path of distributing content beyond
destination sites to many platforms, which affirms our position as a leading
independent and is making the market for online video syndication more robust.”
