New Digital Distribution, Business Development EVP for MTV Networks

NEW YORK, July 18: MTV Networks (MTVN) has promoted Greg
Clayman to executive VP of digital distribution and business development.

Based in the company’s New York City headquarters, Clayman
will continue to report to Mika Salmi, the president of global digital media at
MTVN. Clayman was formerly the senior VP of MTVN Mobile Media, a position he
assumed in December 2006. There, he managed mobile partnerships and content
distribution for the company.

In his new role, Clayman will manage digital business
development across MTV Networks, working closely with its brands and Salmi to
develop new opportunities for distribution of digital content and to strike
deals with online partners. He will continue to oversee the MTVN Mobile Media
group as well, supporting the company’s brands in developing and distributing a
wide portfolio of mobile content and applications. Additionally, Clayman will
partner with MTVN’s international division on global partnerships and
distribution strategy.

Prior to joining MTVN, Clayman co-founded Upoc Networks and
served as its VP of marketing, sales and business development.

In addition, MTVN has expanded roles for two members of
Clayman’s team. Alice Kim, formerly the VP of carrier relations and wireless
distribution, has been promoted to senior VP of digital distribution and
partner relations. In her new role, Kim will manage distribution deals and
partnerships across wireless carriers, online portals, video aggregators and
emerging media players. Jeremiah Zinn, formerly the VP of mobile operations and
product development, will now serve as senior VP of syndication and operations,
working closely with the global digital media team to manage operations for
online content distribution, while continuing to oversee operations and product
development for MTVN Mobile Media.

“Through their tireless pursuit of smart mobile distribution
deals, Greg and his team have helped establish MTV Networks as the world’s
leading provider of entertainment programming and content on the handset,” said
Salmi. “We’re thrilled to have Greg now apply his expertise to build and grow
online partnerships as well, and help to create even more opportunities for
MTVN to connect with its fans.”
