New Crime Drama for Lifetime

NEW YORK, June 20: Next
month, Lifetime Television in the U.S. will launch Angela’s Eyes, a crime drama executive produced by Crash’s Tom Nunan and Cathy Shulman.

The series, from NBC
Universal Television Studio, launches July 16 at 10 p.m. Created by Dan
McDermott, it is about a young FBI agent, the daughter of CIA operatives, who
has the ability to decipher when someone is lying.

Scott Shepherd (Reunion, Tru Calling) also serves as executive producer and show runner.

This
is the first drama series order from Lifetime's president of entertainment,
Susanne Daniels, since she joined the company in September 2005.
