NBCU International Appoints New Human Resources VP

LONDON, December 12: NBC Universal International has named
Louise Terry as VP of human resources, effective January 2, 2008.

Working out of NBC Universal’s London offices, Terry will
lead international human resources initiatives and strategy for the company. To
support international expansion plans, Terry will work with key human resources

by ensuring all HR efforts are coordinated across all of the company’s
divisions.

Among the divisions she will help implement strategy for are
NBCU Global Networks (led by Roma Khanna) and international TV distribution
outside the U.S. (led by Belinda Menendez), while Alex Bonnor-Moris, also the
VP of human resources, will maintain direct human resources client
responsibility for these groups. Others she will work closely with include Ken
Kahrs, the executive VP of human resources for Universal Studios, and Nikki
Gonzalez, the VP of human resources for CNBC. Terry will also serve as a team
member on the extended human resources staff of Marc Chini, the executive VP of
human resources at NBC Universal.

Terry will report to Peter Smith, the president of NBC
Universal International. She will functionally report to Kevin Lord, the senior
VP of human resources, who is based in New York.

Most recently, Terry served as the commercial human
resources business partner with GE Healthcare Medical Diagnostics across
Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
