NBCU Domestic TV Distribution Names Digital Strategy VP

UNIVERSAL CITY, March 15:
David Blair Epstein has been named VP of digital strategy at NBC Universal
Domestic Television Distribution.

In his new position,
Epstein will be based in New York City, and is responsible for expanding all
digital endeavors for NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution’s online
properties. He will also continue to be the online site leader for Access
Hollywood
.

Previously, Epstein served
as the director of interactive for NBC Universal Domestic Television
Distribution’s hit entertainment newsmagazine Access Hollywood and AccessHollywood.com, where he oversaw
operations for the entire digital team including design, tech, operational
management and the launch of additional digital products. He also spearheaded
the launch and implementation of several web initiatives, as well as a complete
redesign and re-launch of AccessHollywood.com.

Prior to joining NBC
Universal Domestic Television Distribution, Epstein served as a consultant for
Digital Media Farm, where he worked with start-up clients to develop online
strategies and was the independent interactive consultant for new media
projects. Before Digital Media Farm, Epstein was founder and CEO of BlairLake
New Media.
