Myvideorights in YouTube Agreement

CANNES, October 14: Myvideorights.com is set to provide
YouTube with a range of professionally produced and rights-cleared clips across
genres such as comedy, sports, celebrity and animation.

Myvideorights.com will integrate its proprietary Videx
platform with YouTube’s API (Application Programme Interface), allowing easy
delivery and tracking of viewing as well as automated reporting on revenues generated.
In the initial stages, Myvideorights.com will run content tests across several
groups and is planning further releases following results from the initial
phase.

Founded by Ashley Mackenzie and backed by Peter Bazalgette,
the former chief creative officer at Endemol, Myvideorights.com represents the
commercial interests of producers and rights holders to digital video
publishers.

Mackenzie, the CEO of Myvideorights.com, commented: “YouTube
generates half of all viewing of video content online and has become a global
entertainment platform for professionally produced content. This partnership
allows us to become black-belts in monetizing quality content on the YouTube
platform. We will be able to take control of our clients’ content on the platform,
manage its use and maximize our return on their platform. In return, as YouTube
continues to embrace professionally produced content, we will offer advertisers
attractive, safe, rights-cleared content on the YouTube platform.”
