MTVNI Names EVP, MD for Viacom Brand Solutions

LONDON, September 13: MTV Networks International (MTVNI) has
named Kevin Razvi as executive VP and managing director of Viacom Brand
Solutions (VBS), a position created to allow the company to better serve its
advertising clients over TV and new media platforms.

Razvi takes up his new post January 1, 2007, reporting to
COO Alex Ferrari. Based in London, he will be responsible for directing
advertising sales and sponsorship strategies for MTVNI’s brands, including 106
TV channels, 94 websites, 20 broadband services and 26 mobile TV channels and
mobile video-on-demand services in Europe, Asia and Latin America. This role
spans the company's MTV, Nickelodeon, VH1, TMF, VIVA, and Comedy brands, as
well as digital services, such as the youth community websites Neopets, Flux
and Xfire, among others. Razvi will also oversee MTVNI's Research and Planning
group.

Razvi joins MTVNI from CNN, where he was executive VP
responsible for all advertising, sponsorship and trade revenue for the
organization's international TV networks, websites and digital properties.
