McCabe Named Exec. VP of Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation

LOS ANGELES,
November 15: Jamie McCabe has been promoted to the newly created position of
executive VP of worldwide pay-per-view, video-on-demand and electronic
sell-through for Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation.

In his new position,
McCabe will be responsible for all aspects of distribution and marketing for
Fox’s film and television content in the rapidly growing video-on-demand and
electronic sell-through markets. McCabe, who most recently was senior VP for
this area, has been responsible for implementing major Fox product deals with
such category leaders as Amazon, AOL, CinemaNow and Movielink. He will continue
to report to Peter Levinsohn, the company’s President of worldwide pay
television and digital media in Los Angeles.

“Our goal is to make
available Fox content to the broadest audience possible by carefully blending
existing distribution channels with all of the new technology platforms,” says
McCabe. “It’s a rapidly growing area where you need to constantly innovate, and
I am excited about the opportunity to continue to grow these businesses at
Fox.”
