TORONTO: marblemedia has reached an agreement to take over Distribution360, which represents such properties as Puppy SOS, Splatalot and Olive the Ostrich.

Distribution360 was originally co-founded by marblemedia and SEVEN24 Films. Following the closing of the acquisition, which is expected to take place later this year, SEVEN24 executives and D360 co-founders Tom Cox and Jordy Randall will continue to act as strategic advisors. Renae Garcia, the director of U.S. acquisitions for marblemedia, will be overseeing acquisitions in the United States, while all other international transactions will be overseen by D360’s senior sales executive Kirsten Hurd, who is based out of the company’s Toronto office.

D360 will also handle distribution for key SEVEN24 projects, including Dark Horse, a live-action drama currently being co-developed by both marblemedia and SEVEN24. The two companies are actively co-developing new projects in both the kids’ and prime-time spaces that will be distributed by Distribution360.
