PARIS: The first MIPCOM World Premiere TV Screenings on October 4 will feature a special screening of Lionsgate’s Mad Men, with cast members in attendance, and the international debut of Running Wilde.

The inaugural event is open to all MIPCOM delegates and will be held in the Palais des Festivals’ Grand Auditorium. The screenings will feature an unaired episode from the fourth season of Lionsgate’s Mad Men. Cast members of the hit series, which just picked up its third consecutive Emmy for outstanding drama, will be on hand. Also to be screened at MIPCOM is the first international preview of the second episode of Lionsgate’s new romantic comedy for FOX, Running Wilde. From the creator and star of Arrested Development, Running Wilde stars Will Arnett as an immature playboy trying to win the heart of his childhood sweetheart, played by Keri Russell.

“We are delighted to introduce the MIPCOM World Premiere TV Screenings as a premium showcase for leading television and film companies to screen outstanding programs to the most influential buyers, industry players, and international media from over 100 countries,” said Laurine Garaude, the director of Reed MIDEM’s television division.

“MIPCOM World Premiere TV Screenings offer the ideal platform to preview, launch and raise awareness for the shows that audiences will be watching in the year to come,” added Garaude.
