LIVINGtv Takes Top Chef

LONDON, January 19: LIVINGtv in
the U.K. has picked up the basic cable rights to the first season of Bravo’s
hit culinary talent search Top Chef from
NBC Universal International Television Distribution.

Top Chef is scheduled to air on the Flextech-owned
entertainment channel this year. Season one of the show averaged 1.2 million
viewers for Bravo and has built on that success in the current second season.

Amy Barham, the network’s head
of acquisitions, commented: “This fantastic series is a perfect fit for
LIVINGtv’s entertainment hungry viewers. The dose of competitive reality in Top
