Lifetime Names Programming, Development SVP

NEW YORK, October 29: Nina
Lederman has been appointed to oversee the development of all scripted
programming for Lifetime Television, based in Los Angeles.

Lederman, who takes on the
role of senior VP of series programming and development, will report to JoAnn
Alfano, the executive VP of entertainment for Lifetime Networks. Lederman has a
history as a programming executive and producer of hit comedies, dramas and
specials for networks such as NBC, ABC, CBS and HBO.

Alfano said: "Nina's
extensive experience as a production executive, producer and development
executive make her a triple threat in this industry. As the business landscape
continues to change, she has the perfect skill set to explore new, efficient
and effective production models. The combination of Nina's talent, strong
