Leopard Showcases Documentary, Drama Slate

LONDON/BUDAPEST, June 22:
Leopard International, a division of the U.K.-based Leopard Films, is making
its first appearance at DISCOP this week with a lineup of key documentary and
drama titles.

Topping the list of dramas
is the 90-minute Mysterious Creatures. Starring Brenda Blethyn (Pride & Prejudice) and Timothy Spall (The Last Hangman), the film is a true-life tale of a family coping
with Aspergers Syndrome. It was produced by Leopard Films’ drama arm
Leopardrama for broadcast on ITV1 in October.

Also being highlighted is
the hour-long doc Reigning in Hell
for Court TV and Channel 4 that tells the story of an underground group that
terrorizes American prisons. Further, the company is showcasing the tenth
season of the BBC’s Cash in the Attic.
