Leopard Scores New Sales

LONDON, April 6: Leopard International
has secured deals for a number of its programs with four European broadcasters,
as well as inking its first-ever DVD deal.

In the U.K., ITV4 has
picked up the one-off, 50-minute documentary Reigning in Hell, which tells the story of the Aryan
Brotherhood. De Côté Chez Vous in France has purchased the first season of Hidden Potential, a series that uses photo-realistic animation to
reveal a homes’ hidden potential. Season one of B & B The Best has been snapped up by Sitcom SPA in Italy. The
presenter-led format watches struggling bed and breakfasts given a helping hand
to turn business around. Meanwhile, Canal Plus in Poland
acquired the first season of Stately
Suppers
, which visits celebrated stately homes in the British
Isles.

Leopard also scored its first-ever DVD deal with Canadian and North American DVD
distributor BFS for Mysterious Creatures. The 90-minute
drama recreates the true story of a couple who tried and failed to cope
with their 33-year-old daughter suffering from a range of conditions including
mixed personality disorder and Aspergers syndrome.

Sarah Diggins, the head of sales at Leopard
International, said:
