LOS ANGELES: Sarah Michelle Gellar’s new CW drama Ringer is among the new network shows CBS Studios International is launching to the international market.

Set to air Tuesdays from 9 to 10 p.m., the show stars the Buffy alum as a woman on the run who assumes her twin sister’s identity, only to discover that her sister’s life is just as complicated and dangerous as the one she’s trying to escape.

Ringer joins several other new dramas for the studio: A Gifted Man, for CBS on Friday nights, focuses on a brilliant, charismatic surgeon whose life changes forever when his deceased ex-wife begins teaching him the meaning of life from the "hereafter"; while The 2-2 is a midseason replacement for CBS, exec-produced by Robert De Niro, about NYPD rookie cops. On the comedy front is CBS’s How to Be a Gentleman, slated to air Thursdays at 8:30 p.m., about the unlikely friendship between a traditional, refined writer and an unrefined personal trainer.

These join a returning slate that includes two popular franchises—CSI and NCISThe Good Wife, Blue Bloods and the breakout hit Hawaii Five-0.
