Kids' Choice Awards Set for Indonesia, Philippines

SINGAPORE/HONG KONG,
November 24: Nickelodeon Asia is launching localized Kids' Choice Awards for
the first time in Indonesia and the Philippines on November 29.

The Kids'
Choice Awards Indonesia will be held in Jakarta at Balai Sarbini. Hosted by
renowned Indonesian actors Tora Sudiro, Ringgo and actress/singer Tasya, the
show will be broadcast live at 6 p.m. on Global TV. In the Philippines, the
Kids' Choice Awards will take place at the Aliw Theatre and be hosted by
celebrity Michael V. Taped live, the show will be broadcast in January 2009.

"These
two localized Kids' Choice Awards are the most recent efforts by Nickelodeon in
a string of initiatives to enhance our relevance and strengthens our bond with
kids in Asia," commented Amit Jain, the executive VP and managing director
of MTV Networks India, China and Southeast Asia. "In recent years, we have
also made available more language options for kids in Asia and it was an
instant hit in country like India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and most recently in
the Philippines."

He added,
"This is a milestone for Nickelodeon's business in Southeast Asia as it
will deliver on Nick's commitment of providing global kids-centric shows and
properties which are adapted to reflect local tastes and aspirations."
