Kid vs. Kat Notches Up New Territories

TORONTO/LONDON, December
16: DECODE Enterprises has signed two new deals for Kid vs. Kat, an animated series produced by Studio B
Productions in association with YTV in Canada in Jetix Europe.

Nickelodeon Southeast Asia
acquired the series, as did ABC in Australia. Kid vs. Kat, created by Rob Boutilier and targeted at kids
aged 6 to 11, is also set to air on YTV in Canada, Jetix Europe and Jetix U.S.
The series follows the conflict between a spiteful cat and the 10-year-old boy
whom it dislikes.

Josh Scherba,
the VP of distribution for DECODE Enterprises, said: "This is a highly
entertaining and original series and it is no surprise that it has been snapped
up by further broadcasters. With these new deals, the show is set to air in
over a hundred territories and we are confident of securing additional
placement over the next few months."
