Just for Laughs Channel to Launch on Joost

MONTREAL, May 25: Just For
Laughs has reached a deal to launch a channel on the Internet TV platform
Joost.

The Just For Laughs
channel on Joost will feature a variety of titles that include Just For
Laughs Gags, a non-verbal show
that mixes clever practical jokes, hidden cameras and a few unsuspecting
victims. The series is currently broadcast in 125 countries around the world
and on 95 airlines. The new channel will also broadcast the Just For Laughs
Stand-Up series, which features comedians such as Drew Carey and
Jerry Seinfeld; the mockumentary The Tournament, which traces the steps of the Atom hockey team on
their road to the championships; and the live-action comedy series Puppets
Who Kill.
