June Launch for Dori Media’s Split in Latin America

TEL AVIV: Dori Media Group’s daily drama about teenage vampires, Split, is set to premiere across Latin America on Boomerang June 3.

The series was produced by Dori Media Darset for HOT VOD in Israel, where it generated 7 million viewings in three months on the air. It premieres in Latin America on June 3 at 9:30 p.m. Dori Media has licensed Split to 35 countries in the past year. The show focuses on Ella, a 15-year-old girl who is drawn into a conflict between humans and vampires and is forced to choose between her love for Omer, her human friend, and Leo, the vampire.

In addition to its carriage on HOT VOD, the first season of 45×30-minute episodes aired on The Children’s Channel in Israel, and 11 episodes were carried on the Internet site www.ynet.com.il. A second season is being presented to buyers at the L.A. Screenings by Dori Media.
