John Morayniss Signs with eOne Television Through 2018

TORONTO/LOS ANGELES: John Morayniss, the CEO of Entertainment One (eOne) Television, has signed a new long-term contract to remain with the company through 2018.

Morayniss will continue to oversee all aspects of eOne Television's development, production, financing, licensing and worldwide distribution activities in both original and third-party scripted and unscripted programming for broadcast, cable and digital platforms in all territories throughout the world. Morayniss joined eOne in 2008, when eOne acquired Blueprint Entertainment, where Morayniss was a co-founder and CEO. Under Morayniss’ leadership, eOne’s investment in television content is up 600 percent, and production volume exceeded $250 million last year.
