Jem Returns to TV on The Hub

LOS ANGELES: The iconic pop-culture series Jem and the Holograms, which originally aired in the late ’80s, is joining the current lineup of The Hub.

The show, which ran from 1985-88, was a joint collaboration of Hasbro, Marvel Productions as well as Sunbow Productions, and was acquired from the Hasbro Studios library. The series joins The Hub’s schedule weekdays starting May 31 at 7 p.m. and on Saturdays at 10 a.m. A special speak peek of the first six episodes of Jem and the Holograms will be presented on May 28 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Additionally, the half-hour animated series Conan the Adventurer is joining The Hub’s summer schedule starting May 31 at 7 a.m. The series originally ran from 1992-94 and was produced by Jetlag Productions as well as Sunbow Productions. It was also acquired from the Hasbro Studios library.
