ITV3 Acquires Wire in the Blood from Southern Star

SYDNEY, August 27: ITV3 has picked up the complete catalogue
of 19 TV movies and the recently filmed U.S. TV movie of the crime franchise Wire
In The Blood from distributor Southern Star
International.

The acquisition comes on the heels of the success of Wire
In The Blood on sister channel ITV1. Wire
In The Blood has already been sold to
broadcasters throughout the world, including BBC America in the U.S., Showcase
in Canada, ZDF in Germany, AB Droits for Canal+ in France, AXN in Italy, SBS in
the Netherlands, RTE in Ireland, HBO and Multi Premiere in Latin America, DRTV
in Denmark, and ABC TV and UKTV in Australia, among others.
