Imagina Closes Pre-DISCOP Sale

MADRID, June 5: Imagina
International Sales (ISS) will head to DISCOP with a catalogue of
documentaries, feature films and series, including Los hombres de paco (Paco’s Men), which Endemol Italy has just picked up the format rights for.

Endemol Italy closed a
deal for the format rights for the first 27 episodes of the series, produced by
Globomedia for Antena 3. The format rights have also been bought in Greece by
Studio ATA and in Russia and the Baltic territories by Amedia. Romania’s
MediaPro Pictures will also start producing the series for Pro TV, and a deal
in Poland is expected shortly.

ISS will also be offering
buyers at DISCOP new seasons of El Internado (Boarding School) and Cuenta
Atrás (Countdown), as well as the new series Lex, from
Globomedia, which will debut on Antena 3 this week.
