IFF China Confirms Attendees

BEIJING: Among those format sellers slated to attend the first International Formats Forum (IFF) China, held November 11 through 13 at Beijing’s Great Wall Sheraton Hotel, are FremantleMedia, Disney, ITV Studios Global Entertainment and KBS.

Also on hand will be Nigel Lythgoe of Big Red 2 Entertainment and David Lyle from Fox Look. IFF China attendees, including delegates drawn from across the country’s 32 major regional TV stations, will have the opportunity to discover and buy new shows tailor-made to Chinese audiences. The event is also welcoming international producers and broadcasters looking to exchange knowledge and best practice, distribute their own formats and tap into a seam of international content. IFF China will also focus on identifying the format potential of producers and broadcasters’ existing entertainment properties.
