ID Brand Heads to Asia

SINGAPORE: Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific (DNAP) is introducing the Investigation Discovery (ID) brand to Asian audiences as a block on the Discovery Channel, beginning today in Taiwan.

The branded block, with programming that focuses on the science of forensics and its use in criminal investigations, launched in Taiwan today on Discovery Channel and is set to air regularly on Mondays and Tuesdays at 11 p.m. On July 24, ID will launch as a two-hour block on the Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand feeds, airing every Friday from 10 p.m. to midnight and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. respectively. India will launch an hour-long ID block on September 28, Mondays through Wednesdays.
