Hallmark Unveils First Online Series

STUDIO CITY, July 22:
Hallmark Channel is rolling out its first-ever hosted online series dedicated
to the behind-the-scenes news and events from the network’s family-friendly
original movies and Hollywood films.

The half-hour program, Hallmark
Channel on Location
, which
premieres online on August 15, will feature informal interviews with stars,
writers, producers and directors, along with on-set stories, with a close-up
look at moviemaking. Hallmark Channel on Location will cover each new Hallmark Channel original
movie, kicking off with For the Love of Grace, starring Mark Consuelos, Chandra West and Corbin
Bernsen.

Stacey Gualandi has been
tapped to produce each episode, also serving as the series’ interviewer and
host. She reports to Marvin Dorson, the company’s senior VP of creative
services. Gualandi has served as a breaking-news reporter for TV Guide Network,
a field producer for Extra and
most recently as host of On Tour for
FOX’s Las Vegas affiliate, KVVU.

Hallmark Channel on
Location
results from our
increasing investment in quality, original, online content where viewers will
have yet another opportunity to satisfy their appetite for all things Hallmark
Channel and all things Hollywood,” said Dorson. “We’re also thrilled to have
Stacey on board as the energetic new host of this series. Her production experience
coupled with her refreshing on-camera personality will make this show not only
informative and entertaining, but also distinctive.”
