Hallmark Channel Greenlights RHI Productions

CANNES, October 11: RHI Entertainment has received the
greenlight to produce at least 12 TV movies and three mini-series for a 2007
delivery to the Hallmark Channel in the U.S.

The first three are already in production. They are Claire, with Valerie Bertinelli as a widowed mother of two
who possesses psychic powers; Spring Thaw with Melissa Gilbert as a tough attorney attempting to reconcile with
her ailing father; and Love is a Four Letter Word, a romantic comedy.

RHI, formerly Hallmark Entertainment, has delivered to
Hallmark Channel more than 150 movies and mini-series since 2000.
