GSN Responds to Ultimate Blackjack Tour Suit

SANTA MONICA, August 11: GSN has responded to the suit filed
against it by Ultimate Blackjack Tour, calling the litigation “baseless and
without merit.”

Ultimate Blackjack Tour, whose TV series of the same name
launches on CBS Sports this fall, filed suit earlier this week against GSN over
its show World Series of Blackjack for
“breach of contract, breach of confidence, unfair competition and unjust
enrichment.”

In a statement, GSN noted, “This lawsuit is completely
baseless and without merit, and we will be vindicated in court.”
