Genius, ImaginAsian Ink Home Entertainment Deal

SANTA MONICA, October 19: Genius Products has entered into a
deal to be the exclusive home entertainment distributor for ImaginAsian
Entertainment’s portfolio of Asian and Asian-American motion pictures and
television programs in the U.S.

Under the five-year agreement, Genius has acquired the
rights to distribute DVDs in North America under the ImaginAsian Home Video
banner. The first two films under the terms of the deal are Green Chair, one of 2005's most acclaimed Korean films, and the
Vietnamese American feature film Journey from the Fall.
