LOS ANGELES, October 23: As part of a three-year sublicense
agreement with the Fox Soccer Channel, Fox Sports en Espanol has acquired the
exclusive Spanish-language television rights to approximately 12 Brazilian
National Team friendly matches through 2008.

The deal, which includes U.S. and Caribbean territory

Espanol two matches in 2006, as well as approximately five matches each year in
2007 and 2008, respectively.

"Unquestionably one of the world's soccer powerhouses,
Brazil is among Latino sports fans' favorite teams alongside Mexico and

Fox Sports en Espanol. "We are delighted to be able to offer our viewers
unprecedented access to what we anticipate will be some of the most anticipated
and highest caliber matches over the next three years."
