Fox Soccer Channel Gears Up for EPL Coverage

NEW YORK, August 8: Fox Soccer Channel kicks off its
coverage of the Barclays English Premier League on August 19, with plans to
televise more than 150 matches through May 2007.

The coverage includes a weekly match-up at 11:00 a.m. on
Sundays, previously only available through pay-per-view. Select EPL coverage will also be
provided in Spanish by sister network Fox Sports en Español. "The Barclays
Premiership has become synonymous with Fox Soccer Channel in the United
States," said David Sternberg, the executive VP and general manager of Fox
Soccer Channel and Fox Sports en Español. "Both our network and the
popularity of soccer in this country have grown tremendously since our first
EPL telecast in 1998. We are proud to be the home of the world's most renowned
league for American fans that just can't get enough of world-class
soccer."
