FOX News Inks Yahoo! Content Deal

SANTA MONICA/NEW YORK, December 5: FOX News has reached a
deal to provide video content on Yahoo! Finance, teaming with the portal for a
co-branded video initiative, FOX Business Now.

The initiative includes nine two-minute market reports each
weekday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. FOX News will also provide business news
segments, investment programming and personal finance content. The service can
be accessed through Yahoo! Finance and on Foxnews.com.

Scott Moore, the head of news and information at Yahoo!
Media Group, said in announcing the launch, "FOX Business Now
significantly expands the video offerings of Yahoo! Finance, bringing original
programming from the number one cable news network to our site, available free
to all of our users. This agreement is an important example of how Yahoo! is
meeting the growing demand for business news video, which we believe will help
us extend our market-leading position."
