Fox Debuts New Mobile Internet Portal

LAS VEGAS, April 1: Fox
Mobile Entertainment has launched the Fox Entertainment Mobile Network, a
mobile web portal that features a variety of content from networks like FOX,
FX, SPEED, National Geographic Channel and Fox Reality Channel.

The new portal also
includes more than 30 mobile websites for programming such as The Simpsons, 24,
Family Guy, Nip/Tuck, NASCAR and Dog Whisperer. All content can be accessed by mobile users on
their mobile phone’s web browser at FoxMobile.com. Additionally, the network
will be available via MEdia Net on AT&T and Sprint’s Wireless Web. The
network is supported by mobile platform and management tools from July Systems.

Fox Mobile Entertainment
created American Idol's
text-message voting system and mobisodes series, defined as short episodic
programming designed exclusively for mobile phones. Additionally, the company
runs mobile video channels on all major U.S. carriers.
