Food Network Canada to Air You Gotta Eat Here!

TORONTO: Lone Eagle Entertainment is producing the new series You Gotta Eat Here!, which will broadcast on Food Network Canada starting in fall 2011.

The series, of 13 half-hour episodes, is hosted by Canadian sketch comedian, singer and actor John Catucci. The show sees Catucci on a quest for Canada’s most delicious and over-the-top comfort food, as he dives into restaurant kitchens to find out what makes these recipes so good.

“We know everyone has a ‘spot’ they rave about. Every episode will be an up close and personal visit with three great, off the beaten path spots,” said Michael Geddes, the executive producer of Lone Eagle Entertainment. “We know that You Gotta Eat Here! will be a mouth-watering journey that everyone is going to talk about.”
