Executive Management Restructuring at CME

HAMILTON: The executive management team of Central European Media Enterprises (CME) is changing as the result of two upcoming resignations.

CFO David Sach is planning to exit the company on October 29. David Sturgeon, who became CME's deputy CFO in 2009, has been named principal financial officer. He will carry out Sach's duties until the company finds a permanent replacement.

Anthony Chhoy, CME's executive VP of strategic planning and operations, will be departing on November 15. Co-CEO Christoph Mainusch is going to take charge of the general directors for each of the country operations.
