Evergreen Adds TipTop to Catalogue

LONDON: Evergreen Entertainment has taken on the preschool project TipTop from Hungary’s Wyvern Images.

The 26×6-minute animated series is narrated in English by a single voice, facilitating the making of foreign-language versions. “When Gabor [Koltai] showed me the animation I knew that Evergreen had to acquire the distribution rights. TipTop’s a 3-D series for very small children with bright colors, delightful and very original characters and simple everyday stories,” said Steve Walsh, the managing director of Evergreen.

“We have no real experience of the international marketplace, but we intend to make lots of animated shows, so we were delighted when Steve and Alan came to Budapest to visit the studio and advise us on how best to proceed," commented Wyvern’s Gabor Koltai. "We are very happy to know that our show will be in such good hands at MIPCOM and beyond.”
