European Toy License Awarded for Geronimo Stilton

PARIS: Atlantyca Entertainment and the MoonScoop Group have signed Giochi Preziosi as the first major European toy licensee for the new animated series Geronimo Stilton. 

Giochi Preziosi has the rights to create toys based on the series, which is scheduled to premiere in Italy in fall 2009 and roll out across Europe beginning in 2010. Based on the award-winning Geronimo Stilton international kids’ chapter book series, the new 26×22-minute series, now in the final phase of production, centers on the life and adventures of the famous Geronimo Stilton, head of a veritable media empire and klutz extraordinaire, and Benjamin Stilton, his fearless young nephew.
