eOne Inks Deals for The Walking Dead & More

LOS ANGELES/TORONTO: Entertainment One (eOne) has signed several multi-territory deals for The Walking Dead and Call Me Fitz, among others.

RTL2 in Germany picked up the hit series The Walking Dead, which was recently renewed for a third season by AMC in the U.S. eOne is partnered with FOX International Channels to sell all television, digital and DVD rights of the series outside of North America.

Sky Italia and Fox Australia opted for the dark comedy Call Me Fitz, which stars Jason Priestley (Beverly Hills 90210) as a morally degenerate used car salesman forced to do business with his conscience. The series was developed by Amaze Film + Television and is produced by Amaze Film + Television, Big Motion Pictures and eOne. The sci-fi series ReGenesis, starring Peter Outerbridge as a molecular biologist on the verge of solving the mysteries of human existence, was also sold to Sky Italia and Fox Australia.

MTV Networks Germany picked up Todd and the Book of Pure Evil, a supernatural comedy series, while seasons one and two of Femme Fatales, a noir-style mystery, will air on Sky Italia, Muz TV in Russia, TVN Turbo Channel in Poland, Movie Central/Movie Network Canada and Orion in South Korea.
