Endemol Shine Boomdog Promotes Within Senior Team

Endemol Shine Boomdog has made a series of promotions within its senior team, including upping Javier Pérez Teuffer to chief operating officer and Frank Scheuermann to unscripted chief content officer.

Pérez Teuffer, currently serving as senior VP of operations and business affairs, will now lead the areas of operations and legal, as well as entertainment production, focused on optimizing efficiency at all stages. As part of the transition, Julia Tradd, executive director of physical production (unscripted), and her production teams will all report directly to Pérez Teuffer.

Scheuermann, currently senior VP and head of unscripted, will now oversee all activities related to current content and development, including formulating content strategies to ensure the success of its clients and the company, as well as increasing sales. He has over 20 years of experience with entertainment formats, mainly in the Latin American market.

Scheuermann has led projects such as ¿Quién es la Máscara?, Me Caigo de Risa and La Casa de los Famosos and contributed to the success of programs like ¿Quién Quiere Ser Millonario?, Bake Off, Survivor, Popstars, The X Factor, Got Talent and Shark Tank.

Also as part of these changes, Adrián Sáenz has been promoted to operations executive director. In this role, Sáenz will continue reporting to Pérez Teuffer and will lead not only operations and facilities but also communication, public relations, new business and digital.

Alejandro Rincón, CEO of Endemol Shine Boomdog, said: “These changes are an important step for our growth and development as a company. We are excited to see how our leaders, under the guidance of Javier, Frank and Adrián, will lead the company toward an even more successful future.”
