Endemol Shine Boomdog has made a series of promotions within its senior team, including upping Javier Pérez Teuffer to chief operating officer and Frank Scheuermann to unscripted chief content officer.

Pérez Teuffer, currently serving as senior VP of operations and business affairs, will now lead the areas of operations and legal, as well as entertainment production, focused on optimizing efficiency at all stages. He has over 20 years of experience with entertainment formats, mainly in the Latin American market.

Also as part of these changes, Adrián Sáenz has been promoted to operations executive director. In this role, Sáenz will continue reporting to Pérez Teuffer and will lead not only operations and facilities but also communication, public relations, new business and digital.

Alejandro Rincón, CEO of Endemol Shine Boomdog, said: “These changes are an important step for our growth and development as a company. We are excited to see how our leaders, under the guidance of Javier, Frank and Adrián, will lead the company toward an even more successful future.”
