EM.TV Sets New Growth Targets, Plans Name Change

UNTERFOEHRING, June 27: EM.TV, which is working to sell off
its children’s and youth business, is set to change its name to EM.Sport Media
and expects its revenues from sports activities to at least double by 2010.

Last month, the German company announced its intention to
dispose of EM.Entertainment and Junior.TV in order to focus on its more
profitable sports business. It aims to up its revenues from sports activities
to 400 million euros in 2010, from 220 million euros last year.

“Our sports activities are fast-growing, successfully
positioned and profitable,” said Werner E. Klatten, the CEO of EM.TV. “With TV
station DSF, online platform Sport1 and production services provider
PLAZAMEDIA, we have at our disposal three companies that are each market
leaders in their respective segments. This presents us with excellent prospects
for further growth.”

In addition to changing its name to EM.Sport Media, the
company will transfer its headquarters from Unterfoehring near Munich to
neighboring Ismaning. This is where DSF, PLAZAMEDIA and Sport1 are already
headquartered. Further, the Supervisory Board will be expanded from three to
six members.
