E! Brings On Reality Hell

LOS ANGELES: The new half-hour E! series Reality Hell pokes fun at some of today’s most popular TV show concepts by taking an unsuspecting participant, who believes they’re on an actual reality competition, and turning the tables by setting up all-too-real experiences.

Throughout the season, contestants are set up in competitions similar to that of popular reality TV shows, but are unknowingly the target of a spoof. Everyone else on the show is an actor, trying to see just how far they can push the unsuspecting participant. The eight-episode series is slated to premiere on August 16, immediately following the premiere of Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami. Reality Hell will then air regularly at 10:30 p.m. Sundays on E!

Reality Hell is executive produced by Peter M. Cohen. Fred Belford and Todd Hurvitz are co-executive producers.
